To receive the IIBEC member rate, you must renew or join prior to registering for the conference. IIIBEC membership is not required to register, but you are required to create a non-member profile prior to registering. Full registration includes all networking events, trade show breakfast, and lunches.

*To be eligible, you must be a full time student of an engineering, architectural, or construction management or similar discipline. You must provide a copy of a valid student ID or other proof of full-time status. To register as a student, call 800-828-1902.

Payment: You may complete your online registration with one of the following payment methods: American Express, MasterCard, Discover, or Visa.

If you are unable to complete your online registration in one session and do not provide credit card payment, you will receive an email notification with a link for you to complete your registration.

By registering for the 2025 IIBEC International Convention & Trade Show, you consent to the following age limit policy: All registrants, including guests, must be at least 16 years of age. This policy applies to educational sessions, the exhibit hall, and networking/social events.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

Cancellation/refund requests received on or before February 7, 2025, will be accepted and issued a 50% refund of the total registration fee. No refunds or credits will be issued for those canceling after February 7, 2025, to include No Shows.

Individual substitutions may be accepted through February 28, 2025, and each will be subject to a $25 administrative fee. No substitutions will be accepted after this date.

There is a $25 processing fee for each substitution request, and for all returned checks. Cancellations and Substitutions must be processed by the Meetings & Events Team, meetings@iibec.org.
