During this time, she worked on transformative projects across mixed-use, residential, commercial, retail, office, hospitality, logistics and smart cities. She holds a Master of Commerce with a focus on International Business, Master of Architecture, and Bachelor of Architecture degree with honors. Nikki has been the recipient of numerous industry awards and accolades particularly including being recognized as CIO View’s 5 Most Influential Women in Real Estate to Watch, Top 25 Commercial Real Estate Innovator, the ULI Global Luminary), and a Finalist at MIPIM Global PropTech Awards. She is the founder and global ambassador of Women in PropTech and three-term co-chair of the Technology & Innovation Council for ULI in New York.
